S1 E5 Henri Rivers - There‘s Only One Question

Henri Rivers is the 16th and current President of the National Brotherhood of Skiers. The largest and oldest Black ski organization in the world, with over 3500 members and a 50th anniversary coming up in 2023. We had the opportunity to sit down with Henri to discuss the organization's success, the changing demographics in Canada in the US, and the one question organizations need to ask themselves about inclusivity.
